JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To monitor the construction work on site and provide progress update reports and documents to ensure the project is on schedule.
• To provide hands-on planning and executive on project activities and logistic planning on-site.
• Able to coordinate and supervise sub-contractor, suppliers and workers.
• To inspect and control sub-contractor’s work quality.
• Willing to contribute or work for long hours before project deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) / Building or equivalent
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• At least 5 year(s) of work experience in the related field.
• Hold valid CIDB green card.
• Preferably experienced Site Planning and Supervising specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structura and Architectural
• With proven track record of hands-on experience are encouraged to apply
• Able to perform in experience of Structural / Architectural / QAQC supervisor

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
