Responsibilities
The Helpdesk Supervisor ensures efficient helpdesk operations by managing complaints, coordinating work orders, and collaborating with the M&E Department on system scheduling. Key responsibilities include monitoring IT system functionality, analyzing customer feedback for service improvement, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to support facilities management objectives effectively.
