Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the CMMS/helpdesk system, logging and tracking maintenance requests, and coordinating work orders to ensure timely response and resolution of facility issues.
Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, log, and update all maintenance requests in CMMS/helpdesk system.
Assign and coordinate work orders to technical teams.
Track job progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Monitor response and resolution times for service requests.
Communicate with end-users regarding job status and updates.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from CMMS system.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and job history.
Support FM team in scheduling preventive maintenance tasks.
Diploma or Degree in IT, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years experience in helpdesk, CMMS, or administrative support role (FM experience is an advantage).
Familiar with CMMS systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to work in shift (if required) and handle fast-paced environment.
