PROJECT PLACEMENT: PEJABAT KERAJAAN KOMPLEKS F, PUTRAJAYA
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of working experience in facilities/building maintenance.
- PPM Management: Proficient in planning, scheduling, and managing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in using project management, maintenance management (CMMS), and engineering design software.
- Technical Expertise: Experienced in structural auditing, roofing systems, and waterproofing.
- Leadership: Strong communication skills with the ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Preference: Priority will be given to candidates with specialized experience in facilities/building maintenance.
- Availability: Candidates who can start work immediately are highly encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
