Job Description

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Manage project progress claims, variation orders (VO), and subcontractor evaluations.
• Review tender documents, contracts, and project specifications.
• Monitor project costs and ensure expenditures remain within budget.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors on commercial matters.
• Prepare project reports and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and tendering processes.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Working Hours
8am - 5pm
Monday - Saturday
