QUANTITY SURVEYOR(Protégé)

Job Type : Internship

Salary Range :RM 2,000 per month

Working day *************

Working time :Monday-Friday : 8.30 am to 5.30pm ; 12.30 to 1.30 pm lunch hour

Responsibilities

• Assist the department CM/QS/Project in preparing tender documents, taking off quantity, handle progress claim, variation orders and finalize project accounts.
• Maintain proper filing of documents and record.
• Sourcing of sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Preparation of sub-contractors award comparisons.
• Assist in preparing letter of award to sub-contractors.
• Follow-up project progress and dealing with project manager for site matters.
• To liaise with all parties to complete the required project.
• Any other reasonable tasks and assignments as and when assigned by the Management and Immediate Superior.
• Any ad-hoc or urgent ask relating to Contract Department

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Computer literate and good communication skills.
