Hydroaxys is a forward-thinking environmental technology company delivering innovative monitoring solutions across Malaysia. We’re looking for a Technical Sales Engineer/Officer to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, learning real-world product applications, and supporting client-facing activities such as demos, training, and site visits. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team in understanding customer requirements and assist in preparing solution recommendations
• Assist in product demonstrations, client meetings, roadshows, exhibitions, and engagement activities
• Support equipment setup, commissioning, basic troubleshooting, and on-site operational support
• Assist with client training sessions and field data collection activities when required
• Provide day-to-day coordination support to TSO Managers and Directors for ongoing projects and execution tasks

Requirements:

• Degree in Science-related fields (Marine Science, Biology, Aquaculture, Water Quality, Hydrology, Water Resource Management) or Business Studies (Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration)
• Minimum 1 year working experience (fresh graduates with strong interest and aptitude are encouraged to apply)
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for site work and client visits
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a results-oriented environment
• Comfortable communicating with customers and learning technical products quickly
