Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Accuracy Checking

  • Coordinate staff deployment to assigned warehouses.
  • Consolidate warehouse accuracy checking results and reports.
  • Monitor daily warehouse collection accuracy performance.
2. Store Closure Stock Displacement
  • Analyze closure store stock information and prepare carton mapping plans.
  • Coordinate stock redistribution to receiving stores.
  • Maintain tracking records for carton numbers, SKU, and quantity movement.
  • Ensure stock movement documentation is accurate and updated.
3. Administrative & Coordination
  • Prepare operational reports and tracking files.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and store operation teams.
  • Support SOP implementation and process improvement initiatives. Requirements

Requirements:

  • Diploma and above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Good coordination and data management skills.

  • Proficient in Excel and inventory tracking.

  • Able to work closely with warehouse and store operation teams.

  • Detail-oriented and organized.
