Job Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
  • Oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control to ensure effective financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies while proactively identifying and mitigating financial risks.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and capital allocation to maintain strong financial health and operational efficiency.
  • Establish, implement, and maintain effective internal control systems to safeguard company assets, prevent financial fraud, and enhance transparency.
  • Collaborate with department heads and senior management to align financial and operational strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present accurate, timely, and meaningful financial reports to the CEO and management team, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to foster a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, investors, regulatory authorities, and other financial stakeholders.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree (MBA) or professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian and international financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance.
  • Proven expertise in financial forecasting, risk management, and corporate finance.
  • Proficient in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Pay: RM120,000.00 - RM180,000.00 per year
