Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, bills of quantities (BQ), and tender documents.
• Evaluate tenders, quotations, and contracts from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Prepare progress claims, interim valuations, and final accounts.
• Measure and value work done on-site in accordance with contract requirements.
• Assist in contract administration, including variation orders and cost control.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Prepare cost reports and provide financial advice to management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, financial, and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates may apply if applicable).
• Knowledge of construction materials, contracts, and costing methods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant QS software.
• Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
