岗位职责
Job description:
1) Provide basic administrative function to the office & maintaining of proper filing system
2) Answering phone calls & monitoring emails
3) Licenses (Vehicle road tax & insurance), schedule regular vehicle maintenance & coordinate repairs when necessary
4) Contracts Renewal (Crane servicing contract yearly renewal), handle customers request/inquiries and quotation follow-up.
5) Handling petty cash
6) Request quotation, issue PO, coordinate with suppliers/shippers on goods delivery , monitoring shipping status and goods receiving
7) Issuing of DO & Invoices from SQL
7) Emailing AR reminders to customers, payment collections & issue receipts
8) Perform other ad-hoc admin assignments assigned by the Management from time to time
Requirements & Qualifications
1) Posses minimum a STPM/UEC/Diploma in Administration/any related field or 2-3 years of relevant experiences.
2) Knowledge in SQL accounting software is an added advantage
3) Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
4) Strong communication skill in English & Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage
5) Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
