Requirement

· Professional Certification as L3 Chargeman issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga

· At least 5 years’ experience in Hotel, Property or Facility Management

· Strong knowledge of high rise building & facility MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

· Experience coaching and leading chargeman’s and technician’s

· Experience in developing safety standards & emergency response plan (ERP)

· Experience in developing checklist for MEP systems

· Expertise in Energy Management an added advantage

· Ability to conduct detailed review of MEP drawings

Job Responsibilities

· Ensure site’s compliance to all relevant legislation under various authorities such as ST, Bomba, DOE, JKKP etc

· Implement and maintain highest safety procedures and standards for all sites

· Develop emergency response plan (ERP) for all sites

· Prepare fire evacuation plan and conduct fire drill for staffs and clients

· Develop checklist for each of the MEP systems

· Implement comprehensive maintenance plan for each MEP system

· Responsible for timely renewal of all licences for site’s

· Responsible to ensure as built MEP drawings tallies with onsite. Ensure all discrepancies and recorded and lodged to relevant party.

· Develop expertise in energy management and lead in energy saving measure for sites

· Responsible for MEP KPI’s

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
