Responsibilities

Job Scope:

  • Prepare and check customer documentation.
  • Perform client eligibility calculations.
  • Assist with cases submissions and follow-up.
  • Maintain customer records and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with clients and relevant parties.
  • General administrative and operational support.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
