• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items, promotions, and recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to company service standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
• Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas before, during, and after service.
• Prepare tables with appropriate tableware, condiments, and napkins.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately when required.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Work closely with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend briefings, training sessions, and meetings as required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,545.91 per month
