We are looking for hungry, confident, and results-driven Sales Associates who want to build a serious career in sales.

This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated by performance, income growth, and career advancement. You will be rewarded through a structure made up of basic salary plus commission, giving strong performers the opportunity to earn significantly more.

Flexible Schedule, Full Commitment

This is a flexible, field-based sales role.

We do not require our Sales Associates to report to the office at a fixed timing every day. Instead, we expect our sales team to be actively out in the market, meeting prospects, following up with leads, visiting clients, building relationships, and closing deals.

However, flexibility comes with accountability.

All Sales Associates are required to report back to the office once a week. During this meeting, you will update the management on your sales pipeline, client meetings, follow-ups, deals in progress, and targets for the week ahead.

This role is best suited for someone who can manage their own time, stay disciplined without constant supervision, and take full ownership of their sales results.

Sales Associate

You will focus on individual sales performance, client acquisition, relationship building, product presentation, and closing deals.

Sales Manager

You will lead and manage a sales team while continuing to drive sales performance. Sales Managers may be eligible for overriding bonuses, on top of their basic salary and commission.

Sales Director

You will oversee sales strategy, team performance, business development, and revenue growth. Outstanding Sales Directors may be offered the opportunity to become a partner and shareholder of the company.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and approaching potential customers
  • Generating leads and following up consistently
  • Attending client meetings and sales appointments
  • Presenting VYRO’s products and solutions to clients
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Preparing quotations and closing sales
  • Achieving monthly sales targets
  • Updating management on sales pipeline and progress
  • Attending weekly Monday morning progress meetings
  • Supporting business development activities
  • Working closely with management to improve sales strategies
  • Representing the company professionally at all times

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are:

  • Preferably experienced in sales, business development, client-facing roles, or related positions
  • Hungry for sales and motivated by performance-based income
  • Confident in speaking to customers and presenting solutions
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
  • Able to manage their own schedule responsibly
  • Comfortable working outside the office and meeting clients in the field
  • Persistent, resilient, and able to handle rejection
  • Strong in follow-up and relationship building
  • Willing to learn, improve, and grow with the company
  • Professional in attitude, appearance, and communication
  • Interested in long-term career progression

Candidates with strong sales experience will have an added advantage. However, candidates with the right attitude, hunger, discipline, and willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
