Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the site team to ensure smooth daily operations.
2. Maintain and update site documentation, including reports, permits, drawings, and correspondences.
3. Handle site-related documentation such as purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and progress claims.
4. Manage filing system (hardcopy and softcopy) to ensure easy retrieval and proper record control.
5. Support site meetings by preparing minutes of meeting and follow-up actions.
6. Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
7. Assist with the coordination of HR-related processes such as payroll, EPF, Socso and employee data updates
8. Provide support in the preparation of HR-related documents, reports, and presentations
9. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative role, preferably in construction industry with basic knowledge in HR administrative or generalist role.
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
7. Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
8. Adaptability and a willingness to learn new systems and processes
