Responsibilities
Driving GTM Strategy and Business Planning: Translating global and regional strategies into actionable ASEAN execution plans, driving commercial priorities, and steering strategic transformation initiatives.
Establishing Regional Pricing Governance: Developing and deploying pricing strategies, guardrails, and approval workflows across ASEAN markets to safeguard margins and prevent price erosion.
Optimizing Sales and Deal Performance: Activating data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, tracking KPIs across growth and margin, and removing sales cycle bottlenecks to improve win rates.
Serving as a Commercial Advisor: Acting as the regional escalation point and trusted advisor for complex pricing decisions, deal structuring, scenario modeling, and risk assessments during high-stakes sales negotiations.
Standardizing and Digitalizing Workflows: Designing end-to-end pricing processes and developing analytics tools, dashboards, and Power BI capabilities to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Leading Cross-Functional Alignment: Championing change management, process adoption, and collaboration across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and global business units to ensure seamless execution.
The Strategic and Analytical Engine: Possesses advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities, with a consultative mindset and a strong focus on execution and governance discipline.
The Regional Commercial Partner: Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, backed by 3–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or sales operations within multi-market environments.
The Stakeholder Influencer: Demonstrates excellent communication, storytelling abilities, and executive presence, with a proven track record of influencing senior leadership and leading cross-functional programs.
The Tech-Savvy Strategist: Highly proficient in utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and complex CRM systems to drive commercial performance and business readiness.
