• Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in IT support, system administration or network management

  • Experience in managing servers, networks, computers and cloud-based systems

  • Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues

  • Experience in IT project management, system upgrades and system implementation

  • Knowledge in programming languages (Python, Java or JavaScript) and web technologies is an advantage

  • Experience in software/web development or cloud applications is an added advantage

• Job Scope

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks and cloud systems

  • Ensure cybersecurity and protect organisational data

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting

  • Manage IT assets, budget and vendor coordination
