We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Senior E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. You will own day-to-day marketplace operations, lead promotional campaigns, and use data to optimise performance across all digital storefronts, driving traffic, conversion, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Store Management
- List products and oversee all e-commerce listing materials, including product photos, descriptions, and content, ensuring listings are accurate, optimised, and on-brand.
- Review inventory reports and communicate with merchandising team to maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure product availability across all platforms.
- Manage brand stores across marketplaces (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and liaise with Key Account Managers to improve traffic, conversion rate, and sales.
Campaigns & Marketing
- Lead monthly and quarterly promotional planning, contributing ideas for promotion mechanics and product marketing.
- Execute promotional plans and marketing campaigns, including updating website banners, scheduling social media posts, and creating vouchers/coupons.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer on social media and mailer collateral.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to refine e-commerce strategies and inform promotional decisions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Meet KPIs and targets, with regular monthly reviews and corrective actions as needed.
Operations & Improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Identify and implement process improvements across e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and marketplace management (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and logistics/inventory principles.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimise sales performance; customer-focused and data-driven.
- Detail-oriented, particularly with numbers and inventory management.
- Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills (written and interpersonal).
- Able to work independently and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment, handling pressure and tight schedules.
- A keen interest in the latest digital and e-commerce trends.

Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
