Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor IT infrastructure including servers, networks, databases, and security systems.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues promptly.
• Oversee system administration, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
• Ensure IT systems and data comply with company policies, cybersecurity requirements, and relevant regulations.
• Assist in planning and implementation of IT projects, upgrades, and new technologies.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that support business goals.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, licensing compliance, and vendor management.
• Develop and update IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Train and guide junior IT staff or end-users when required.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends, tools, and best practices.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
