ADMIN ASSISTANT (ACCOUNTS & FINANCE)
We are seeking a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant (Accounts & Finance). The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Accounts Department and assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize accounting records and documents.
- File invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, schedules, and other finance-related documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, banks, and internal departments on administrative matters.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Monitor and follow up on document submissions and departmental deadlines.
- Manage office administration and general clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
