Job Requirement

· Degree in Business Administration/ Economic/ others

· Good interpersonal skill

· Able to work independently

· Prefer has working experience for 1 – 2 years, however, fresh graduates are encourage to apply

Job Description

· Responsible of Local & overseas indirect material purchases, including tooling, oil & consumable items

· Send inquiry and coordinate sample submission from users for material sourcing with suppliers

· Review and Autocount Purchase Requisition (PR) information

· Check custom approval status and follow up on shipping document with overseas suppliers

· Issue PR accordingly to procurement purchase items

· Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.

· Participate as a member of the Safety & Health committee

· Update and maintain the monthly supplier assessment list

· Prepare petty cash claim for cash purchase items

· Follow up monthly invoice closing matters with supplier

· Follow up and maintain SDS report with supplier

· Resolve issues related to quality, quantity discrepancies, and supplier performance.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and applicable regulations.

· To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
