Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in inventory management, administration, storekeeping, or a related field.
• Manage record-keeping, inventory tracking, and stock re-ordering processes.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date inventory records.
• Use Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support daily administrative tasks.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to ensure inventory availability.
• Ensure all records and documentation are organized and maintained accurately.

Skills & Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Quick learner with the adaptability to understand new products, systems, and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Experience in inventory management or administrative support is an advantage.

Working Days & Hours

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Alternate Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
