Job Description

Responsibilities

We have 2 open positions

Customer Service with Content Creator :

  • Attend customer calls & inquiries and respond to visitors & clients.
  • Assist with ad-hoc clerical tasks and help prepare documents or reports.
  • Brainstorm creative concepts, research industry trends, and analyze competitor performance.
  • Film, edit, and produce high-quality short/long-form videos, photos, and graphic designs for platforms like TikTok and Facebook.

Business Development :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and corporate clients.
  • Research industry trends and monitor competitor activities to help shape company offerings.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
