We are professional Consulting Engineer in Telecommunication where we experience in telco industries more than 10 years and knowledgeable in the field of engineering especially in the field of telecommunications.

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn and willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor.

Job Description:

• Install and configure computer hardware & software, operating systems and applications.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshooting of system, network, hardware, and software faults, by offering support through in-person visits, phone communication, or remote assistance tools.
• Establish good working relationship with inter-department and vendors.
• Liaise with other departments or employees in system set ups or solving issues.
• Liaise with vendor for purchase and repair of computer hardware, and any other IT related items.
• Prioritise work tasks to ensure that IT matters are resolved within time frame given

Job Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Computer or any related field.
• candidates with 2 years of experience in IT support role are encouraged to apply.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Must possess a valid driving license and own transport (car).
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability and positive attitude towards continuous learning.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to work well as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,868.25 - RM2,500.00 per month
