Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Maintenance
- Manage day-to-day facility operations, including building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, etc.).
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs.
- Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and vendors.
- Ensure all equipment and systems operate efficiently and meet regulatory standards.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
- Develop and implement workplace safety programs and emergency response plans.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
- Maintain documentation for compliance and certifications.
Space Planning & Utilization
- Plan and optimize workspace layouts for efficiency and employee needs.
- Lead office relocations, renovations, and construction projects.
- Manage facility access, security systems, and visitor flow.
Budgeting & Administration
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, including forecasting and cost control.
- Oversee inventory and procurement of supplies, equipment, and materials.
- Review and negotiate vendor contracts and service agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, assets, and facility operations.
Sustainability & Environmental Management
- Implement energy-efficiency initiatives and sustainable facility practices.
- Monitor utility usage and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Manage waste disposal, recycling programs, and environmental compliance.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and schedule maintenance staff, custodial teams, and contractors.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (3–7+ years) in facilities management or building operations.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance teams.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in facility management software (e.g., CMMS).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and respond to emergencies.
Certifications (optional but advantageous)
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM)
- Facility Management Professional (FMP)
- OSHA safety certifications
- LEED accreditation

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
