Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Intern Admin Sales (Automotive) role based in Seremban. The intern will support the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing and updating customer records, handling documentation, and organizing sales files. Responsibilities include assisting with data entry into sales systems, coordinating appointment schedules, and helping to prepare quotations, invoices, and basic reports. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, supporting showroom operations, and liaising with service and insurance teams as needed. The intern will work closely with supervisors and sales consultants to ensure efficient daily operations and a professional customer experience.
Qualifications

• Strong interest in automotive sales and customer service, with a willingness to learn about Toyota products and services.
• Good administrative and organizational abilities, including basic data entry, document handling, and file management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous approach to customers and colleagues.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email).
• Ability to work on-site in Seremban on a full-time basis, with reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional local language skills are beneficial.
