Key Responsibilities

• Design & Visualization: Develop 3D renderings, spatial design layouts, presentation graphics, and highly detailed construction/technical drawings.

• Hands-on Production: Execute physical architectural model making and custom woodwork for funeral setups.

• Project Support: Assist in project administration, presentations, and design concept development.

• On-Site Coordination: Actively participate in on-site setup, spatial arrangement, and coordination. (Please note: No Work-From-Home is allowed for this role).

Requirements

• Education: Degree holder in Architectural Studies or a related design discipline.

• Software Proficiency: Highly skilled in AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and 3D rendering software.

• Technical Skills: Excellent detail drawing, graphic layout, and visual presentation skills.

• Craftsmanship: Strong physical model-making abilities and solid woodwork/carpentry skills.

• Communication: Fluent in both spoken and written Cantonese and English, with good interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Attributes: Strong self-motivation, able to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player.

• Physical Fitness: Good physical health, as the role involves active, hands-on workshop fabrication and site work.
