Responsibilities
1. Lead, manage, and motivate the Sales Team to ensure high performance and target achievement. Develop and execute sales plans and activities to achieve the Company’s sales and profit targets.
2. Formulate and implement effective sales strategies for the company's property development projects.
3. Establish and enforce sales policies, procedures, and processes to ensure consistent and efficient sales operations.
4. Drive property sales through direct engagement, customer relationship management, and business development activities, including meeting prospective buyers.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and economic conditions, and recommend appropriate sales strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
6. Review sales performance regularly, provide updates to management, and oversee staff development, including manpower planning, appraisal, coaching, and training.
