Based: Data Centre, Lukut, Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan

Job Summary
The Supervisor – Site is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and monitoring all on-site construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards. This role involves managing site workers and subcontractors, ensuring work progress meets the project schedule, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping. The Supervisor – Site acts as the key link between the site team and management to ensure smooth daily site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, workers, and site resources to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QSHE) requirements.
• Inspect and verify materials, workmanship, and progress to maintain quality standards.
• Monitor work progress and productivity and report any issues or delays to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Assist in the planning and sequencing of work to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports, including manpower, equipment usage, and work progress.
• Support the implementation of site safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and statutory safety regulations.
• Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate site operations and resolve technical issues.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
