Location : Willing to work at Lukut, Negeri Sembilan

Job Summary

Assist immediate superior in delegating works to subordinates, coordination of work with sub-contractors and monitor works for compliance with required specification standards.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

1. Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes and safety regulations.

2. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements.

3. Collaborate closely with managers, consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.

4. Analyze and interpret engineering plans, aerial photography, reports, topographical & geologic data and technical drawings to plan and execute construction activities.

5. Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their compliance with industry standards.

6. Maintain accurate project documentation, including requisition order, progress reports, site diaries, minutes of meeting, change orders and quality control measures.

7. Attend to technical matters on site by developing solutions to problems with the application of engineering concepts, practices and techniques.

8. Planning of work and resources with particular reference to (2 weeks program) work programme to ensure timely progress.

9. Close coordination with supervisors, surveyors, laboratory personnel, foremen, sub-contractors and main contractor representative.

10. Provides relevant information and reports to their immediate superior regulary and planning department.

11. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in (Hons) Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
