About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst who is passionate about uncovering insights, solving complex business challenges, and influencing strategic decision-making through data.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions to analyze large datasets, build impactful dashboards, improve reporting processes, and deliver data-driven recommendations. You will also collaborate with technical teams to ensure data quality, troubleshoot reporting issues, and enhance overall business intelligence capabilities.

What You'll Be Doing

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other BI tools.
• Transform raw data into meaningful visualizations that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to improve performance, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Support the development of KPI frameworks and performance tracking across departments.

SQL, Data Management & Reporting

• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across reporting systems.
• Investigate data discrepancies and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Contribute to database optimization and reporting process improvements.
• Maintain documentation for data models, queries, and reporting logic.

Data Quality & Technical Support

• Troubleshoot reporting issues, data inconsistencies, and system-related data problems.
• Support internal stakeholders with data requests and reporting inquiries.
• Work closely with Software Development and Product teams to improve data reliability and reporting accuracy.
• Identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions to enhance data governance and operational efficiency.

Automation & Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and data processes.
• Leverage Power BI, SQL, Python, and other tools to improve scalability and reporting efficiency.
• Stay current with emerging trends in analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence.
• Contribute ideas that enhance the organization's data-driven culture.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related analytical role.
• Experience within fintech, financial services, technology, e-commerce, or high-growth digital businesses is an advantage.
• Candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience, a proven track record of delivering business insights, leading analytics initiatives, and developing advanced reporting solutions may be considered for a Senior Data Analyst position.

Technical Skills

• Strong SQL skills, including query optimization and data manipulation.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualization.
• Experience working with large datasets and transforming data into meaningful business insights.
• Familiarity with database platforms such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, or data processing is highly desirable.
• Experience with ETL processes, data modeling, business intelligence frameworks, or analytics automation is a plus.
• For Senior Data Analyst consideration, experience in driving analytics projects, mentoring junior team members, developing scalable reporting frameworks, or partnering with senior stakeholders will be highly valued.
