We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to support our Project Management Department. The successful candidate will assist in project coordination, documentation, scheduling, and communication to ensure projects are executed efficiently and completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in coordinating and monitoring project activities.
- Prepare, update, and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients regarding project matters.
- Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Prepare meeting minutes and distribute action items.
- Assist in the preparation of project submissions, technical documents, and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper document control.
- Support project procurement and logistics coordination when required.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Technical Studies, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent in spoken & written English, multilingual will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a valid driving license (preferred).
