Job Responsibilities:

1. APS System Implementation and Management:

1.1 Participate in the implementation of the APS system for textile production, ensuring a smooth transition and efficient utilization.

1.2 Manage and maintain the APS system, staying updated with the latest features and enhancements.

2. Capacity Planning and Production Coordination:

2.1 Utilize APS tools to calculate and design production capacity plans, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

2.2 Develop and optimize production plans to ensure timely delivery.

2.3 Coordinate closely with the production floor, ensuring seamless communication on planned schedules, required capacity, and outstanding schedule reports.

2.4 Coordinate with the sales team to resolve any issues related to orders.

3. Data-Driven Decision-Making:

3.1 Utilize data analytics and insights generated by APS for informed decision-making regarding production plans and resource allocation.

3.2 Provide regular (daily/weekly) reports on production status and performance.

4. Adaptability and Change Management:

4.1 Quickly adapt to changes in quantity and delivery dates based on sales feedback.

4.2 Effectively manage changes, ensuring consistency with the APS system and minimal disruption to production.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Production Planning and Control: 3 years (Preferred)
• Textile Factory: 3 years (Preferred)
