- Delivery & Collection: Picking up and dropping off documents, packages, invoices, or company goods (sample)to clients, banks, or vendors.
- Time Management: Following assigned routes and schedules to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with general office tasks, such as banking duties, filing, or office maintenance.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, receipts, and expenses.
- Attend meeting and site visit
- scanning, filing, handling mail/parcels, and running errands for supplies.
- Greeting guests and directing them appropriately.
Job Requirements:
- License: A valid driver’s license (motorcycle or car) and a clean driving record.
- Knowledge: Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Skills: Punctual, reliable, honest, and physically fit to spend extended periods moving around.
- Education: Basic educational qualifications, with good communication skills
