• Able to estimate and manage the costs of materials / labour on projects.
• Able to do project estimation & evaluation of works and claims.
• Prepare monthly work statements.
• Liaise with supervisors for measurement of work quantities.
• Maintaining proper site records with special emphasis towards contractual claims.
• Motivated & able to work independently.
• Able to tracking changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections in line with these.
• Able to work in a team.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills and the ability to learn how to use specialised software.
• Must possess the relevant qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time
