Key Responsibilities1. Strategic HR & Talent Management
- Plan manpower needs and department structures based on company development, while defining employee career paths and coordinating relevant training programs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and long-term career development processes.
- Cultivate and promote a positive, fair, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
2. Compensation, Benefits & Performance
- Develop, maintain, and enhance the company’s salary framework, performance appraisal systems, and incentive mechanisms.
- Ensure compensation and benefits strategies remain competitive within the market while aligning with corporate business goals.
3. Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Consolidate, update, and implement comprehensive HR and administrative policies across the organization.
- Ensure strict adherence and compliance with Malaysian labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal corporate regulations.
4. Global Mobility & Foreign Workforce Management
- Oversee all expatriate and foreign worker matters, including sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Manage visa applications, renewals, and compliance tracking in close coordination with relevant local authorities (e.g., Immigration, ESD, MIDA, JTK).
5. Office Administration & Facilities Operations
- Supervise daily administrative functions, including the procurement of office supplies, asset tracking, workplace safety management, and general office upkeep.
- Coordinate corporate events, internal meetings, and travel arrangements to deliver seamless administrative support across all business units.
Job Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR & Administration, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Professional Knowledge:
- Deep and up-to-date knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act, statutory regulations (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), and foreign worker/expatriate employment procedures.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing performance appraisal frameworks and compensation models.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with high emotional intelligence.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Language Proficiency:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively liaise with a diverse workforce, global stakeholders, and local authorities.
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
