Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound including inventory & manpower
• Assist in manpower planning based on the daily, weekly & monthly stock forecast
• Assist in warehouse future expansion i.e. location, manpower & transportation
• Coordinate between e-commerce commercial team, logistic & sales team
• Perform any other functions or ad hoc project assigned
  
  

Requirements

• Possessed at least Bachelor’s Degree in related to Supply Chain (Warehousing & Logistics)
• At least 3 years on operations experience in warehousing, preferably e-commerce warehousing.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related processes (inbound, replenishment, put-away, picking, packing, staging, loading, and manifest creation) is crucial.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, cycle counts, and stock take processes is required.
• Understanding of safety procedures and regulatory requirements for warehouse operations.
• Ability to manage a team and coordinate with other departments.
• Possess drive and initiative, constantly seeking new way of doing things to make continuous improvements.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, ability to communicate with all levels
