Job Description

• Overall in-charge of the entire operation on site including administrative, accounting, technical and coordination with all service provider’s daily duty and on-going works;
• To reconcile all daily collections including cash and cheque payments made to the management office;
• Study and evaluate current administrative and operational standard operating procedures including those proposed by the service providers;
• Monitor the state of the maintenance accounts and to formulate plans/actions to recover maintenance fees owed by defaulters;
• Prepare daily report on the progress of on-going works including administrative, financial, technical and service providers;
• Arrange and prepare documents required for monthly committee meetings;
• Prepare monthly meeting minutes for the approval of the committee;
• Prepare monthly management report;
• Attend to all related government agencies and other related companies if required;
• Evaluate service providers performance and make the necessary recommendations to the committee if required;
• Ensure all M&E assets and common area in the building are in good condition.
