Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to avoid shortages.
• Ensure proper storage of items according to type (e.g. sterile, pharmaceuticals, consumables).
• Label and categorize goods in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Ensure First Expiry First Out (FEFO) and First In First Out (FIFO) practices.
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of the warehouse area.
• Prepare and dispatch requested items to various hospital departments.
• Ensure timely delivery and track internal movement of supplies.
• Coordinate with the procurement team on supply needs and lead times.
• Generate stock reports and submit to relevant departments.
• Assist in documentation for procurement and vendor liaison.
• Use hospital ERP or stock management software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, HIS systems).

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Degree holders in related fields will have added advantage.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
• Familiarity with warehouse and inventory software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
