Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable products.
• Provide product recommendations and explain product features and benefits.
• Demonstrate product usage when required.
• Suggest complementary products to enhance customer choices and shopping experience.
• Keep up to date with products, promotions, sales campaigns, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure merchandise is well-stocked and maintain the appearance of the sales floor.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
• Able to start work within a short notice period is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
