Roles & Responsibilities
1. Patient & Carer Assistance
- Assist patients and carers in selecting meals and using the meal-ordering system or tablet kiosks.
- Ensure patients receive the correct meals according to their selections.
- Provide support to patients who require assistance, including helping carry meals to their tables when needed.
2. Meal Service Coordination
- Ensure smooth and efficient food distribution during meal service times.
- Verify patient meal trays to prevent errors or mismatches.
- Address minor meal-related issues and escalate any concerns to the Manager promptly.
3. Staff Meal Management
- Accurately key in staff meal orders into the system.
- Collect and record payments for staff meals in accordance with procedures.
4. Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized service area before, during, and after meal service.
- Adhere strictly to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols at all times.
5. Support & Reporting
- Provide daily updates to the Manager on meal service operations and any issues encountered.
- Assist the Manager with additional tasks related to front office and meal service operations as required.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
