Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kubota Sentral, Tawau for an Assistant Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, addressing customer service needs, and overseeing retail loss prevention measures. Responsibilities include supervising team members, optimizing store performance, monitoring inventory, developing standards of service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to address guest needs and enhance the overall experience.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with both customers and team members, fostering a positive atmosphere.
  • Proficient in Store Management with hands-on experience in overseeing operations, managing resources, and maximizing efficiency.
  • Experience in Retail Loss Prevention and maintaining compliance to safeguard store assets and mitigate risks.
  • Leadership and organizational skills to train, motivate, and manage team members effectively.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving abilities to handle challenges and drive continuous improvement.
  • Previous experience in a retail, food and beverage, or hospitality setting is advantageous.
  • Minimum of a diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a relevant field is preferred.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
