Join our team as a Business Analyst (P&C) to drive business transformation and system enhancement projects across property & casualty commercial lines. In this role, you will bridge business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements
• Document workflow inefficiencies and design optimized operating models
• Translate business processes into clear requirements and user stories
• Support the delivery of insurance systems, policy platforms and digital portals
• Define UAT strategies, prepare test scenarios, and coordinate signoffs
• Provide training and post-implementation support to business units

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis within the P&C insurance sector
• Expertise in at least two areas: property, casualty, construction, workers' compensation or reinsurance.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, SQL, and data mapping tools
• Understanding of the Singapore insurance regulatory framework
• Strong communication skills for managing stakeholders and technical teams
• Skilled in analyst techniques such as user interviewing, workshop facilitation, process modelling and writing business requirements
