Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities -Supervise daily administrative and clerical activities at the plantation office. -Maintain accurate records of workers’ attendance, leave, payroll, and overtime. -Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative and operational reports.

-Coordinate documentation related to harvesting, production, and field activities. -Manage filing systems and ensure proper record keeping of plantation documents. -Monitor office supplies, stationery, and administrative inventory.

-Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and payment documentation. -Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and logistics for workers and staff when required. -Support HR and management in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.

-Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and plantation regulations. -Handle communication between estate management, workers, suppliers, and headquarters. -Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

-Supervise administrative staff and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Requirements 1. Education & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Additional certification in administration, payroll, or office management is an advantage.

2. Experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience in plantation, agriculture, or estate operations is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with payroll, attendance tracking, and document management.

4. Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of payroll systems and administrative software.
  • Ability to prepare reports, maintain records, and manage documentation efficiently.
