Job Description:
Organize and manage physical and digital files and documents.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Support the company's construction meetings and reports.
Handle procurement tasks for office supplies and equipment, including (but not limited to) purchasing, quotation preparation, processing, distribution, etc.
Manage general administrative functions, such as subcontract agreements and claims.
Maintain accurate and confidential records and databases.
Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree.
At least 1-2 years of work experience in this position.
Candidates with experience in a construction company will be an added advantage.
Able to write and communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (in order to communicate with management).
Mandarin is Compulsory
Cheerful personality with strong interpersonal skills.
