Work Location: Kuching, Sarawak

Job Description

• Manage the technical aspects of electromechanical installations, including organizing and preparing project-specific M&E construction plans, special technical measures, and process designs. Lead the in-depth design of M&E construction drawings and ensuring compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety regulations.

• Actively communicate and coordinate with clients, designers, supervisors, general contractors, and subcontractors to address and resolve issues related to M&E work.

• Oversee the quality management of M&E installations, leading investigations and handling quality issues or accidents on the project.

• Organize the preparation of procurement plans for M&E materials and machinery for management’s approval.

• Prepare and review technical documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and site records.

• Responsible for preparing, implementing, and controlling cost plans for M&E.

• Ensure Engineering protocol and SOP is well setup and adhered to.

• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety protocols and project milestones.

• Troubleshoot technical challenges and develop solutions to maintain project timelines.

• Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time with on time full closure.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

2. Minimum 3 years of working experience.

3. Self-motivated person and able to work independently.

4. Required to travel as and when assign.
