ROLE DESCRIPTIONS

This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales Engineer, based in Putrajaya. You will be responsible for driving business growth by combining technical expertise with commercial strategies to promote Valser products and services. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, presenting value-driven solutions, preparing proposals with internal teams, and managing customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.


The role requires understanding of mechanical and flow-control solutions, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with operations, proposal, and service teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution. You will play a key role in strengthening market presence, meeting revenue targets, and supporting the company's long-term growth strategy.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
  • Open for fresh graduate
  • Knowledge in valves, actuators, or flow-control systems is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer requirements
  • Ability to present technical solutions and conduct sales presentations confidently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and internal teams
  • Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong customer-service mindset
  • Possess valid B2 & D driving license and willing to travel for client meetings
