As the first integrated, one-stop social services center in Sarawak, CSSC provides coordinated support and intervention for disadvantaged, vulnerable, and marginalized communities in Kuching. This role includes providing counseling, crisis support, and referrals to appropriate health, social, and community services. The Social Worker will coordinate with government agencies, NGOs, and community partners to ensure integrated and timely support. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate case records, monitoring progress, preparing reports, and contributing to community outreach, education, and group activities.
