Bhd., established in 2020, is a healthcare-focused organisation actively involved in a wide range of services, including primary care, mobile homecare services, occupational safety and health (OSH), public health initiatives, healthcare training, complementary medicine, and the supply of medical medications and medical instruments.

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and committed individual to be part of our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Process daily panel claims for both branches (KASB & KAST).
• Track and monitor panel payments.
• Prepare invoices for panels registered with the company.
• Communicate with registered panels via email.
• Manage and process new panel registration applications.
• Attend teleconferences when required.
• Conduct site visits to panel offices when necessary.
• Provide training or sharing sessions to clinical staff regarding updates to panel policies.
• Communicate with and resolve patient issues related to panel matters.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Experience in an clinic / pharmacy is an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work at Salak Perdana, Sepang.

Working Hours

• Monday – Saturday : 8.30 am – 5.00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
